These FSO filling machines feature cleanroom versions of industry leading robots. These robots are used for both the handling of single containers and for the transport of entire RTU nests depending on the application.  Often our FSO filling systems are used in isolators with VHP decontamination. Both high accuracy rotary piston pumps and peristaltic pumps for single use applications are available. Common to all FSO configurations is the direct integration of the robot controllers into the PLC controls system and the use of large touch screen HMI’s and servo drives.
